Ralph was amazing from beginning to end and saved my property deal. Ralph was willing to go the extra mile and roll up his sleeves when no other insurance agent would. He was able to secure a policy for my home purchase that required a new roof. If anyone has tried this before, you will know how difficult and complex it could be in Florida. Ralph guided me through the process and insured all required conditions were met until we received approval. 5/5 experience and I couldn't recommend Ralph enough for any of your insurance needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Louis at Great Florida Insurance for shopping with auto insurance. He kept in close contact with me and keeping me up to date with all of his auto carriers he quoted. Even if he didn't use the carrier with his company, he gave me direction to follow up with another competitive carrier. After going through many of his carriers, he found that the auto carrier I have is still the best.
